From August 1 to September 30, we’re going head-to-head with 7 other REIA groups from across the country in the first-ever Build Your Tribe Membership Challenge. (yes, we are getting a late start, so its time to jump on this and start earning and growing!)
This is more than a local contest—it’s a national competition to see which REIA can bring in the best people, and build the strongest investing community.

Over the next 2 months, it’s go-time. You’ll be inviting others to attend meetings, explore our community, and—hopefully—join.
You’ll earn rewards along the way. But more importantly, you’ll help grow your community.
Who Should You Invite?
We’re not looking for just anyone—we’re looking for:
🏡 Friends, co-workers, or vendors interested in real estate
🧰 Investors you meet at closings, meetups, or even Lowe’s
🌐 Real estate contacts on social media (follow group rules!)
💸 People serious about building wealth and helping others do the same
🤝 People with ethics, grit, and a team-player mindset
? Pro tip: Your goal is to get them to a meeting. If they show up, there's a very good chance they'll join.
