Running the NUMBERS!  Short Term Rentals must be analyzed very differently than regular long term or mid term rentals.  We will discuss specifics of what to look for.  Short Term Rentals and Mid Term Rentals are a very different animal when it comes to analyzing your purchase, all the associated costs (furnishings, cleaners, disposable products, managment and more). 

Cheryl Wengert-Sievers and Kim Warren-Page will take a property and each evaluate it based on either short term or mid term rental….and boy, can you see the difference!  

Upstate CREIA has responded to popular requests for a Short Term Rental Focus Group.  This is a hot investing niche that many are already in or want to explore. 
We have assembled a panel of local UCREIA Members who have a variety of experience to lead this new interactive discussion group.  There will be topics presented, real case studies,
and always time for Q & A from the audience.  Our goal is to learn from each other by sharing experiences, wisdom, pitfalls, tips, paperwork, and more.

Panelists include Jessica Kilcoyne, April Whitworth, Kim Warren-Page, Cheryl Wengert-Sievers, and John Underwood. 

We will opt to have live in person meetings at least quarterly as the face to face networking is so important.  Watch for monthly details for zoom link or in person venue.
