VIRTUAL MEETING.  PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE.
This month, it is all about YOU and helping YOU get some answers, get some creative ways to handle problems and learn from each other's experiences.
So, bring YOUR questions, YOUR properties, or potential properties and let's solve some problems together.

Upstate CREIA responded to popular requests for a Short Term Rental Focus Group.  This is a hot investing niche that many are already in or want to explore. 
We have assembled a panel of local UCREIA Members who have a variety of experience to lead this new interactive discussion group.  There will be topics presented, real case studies,
and always time for Q & A from the audience.  Our goal is to learn from each other by sharing experiences, wisdom, pitfalls, tips, paperwork, and more.

Panelists include Jessica Kilcoyne, April Whitworth, Kim Warren-Page, Cheryl Wengert-Sievers, and John Underwood. 

We will opt to have live in person meetings at least quarterly as the face to face networking is so important.  Watch for monthly details for zoom link or in person venue.
