September discussion: Would You Like to Lower Your Property Taxes?
You can appeal your property tax. As with all things real estate, your appeal will require due diligence. This is a teaching presentation and you’re encouraged to participate in spontaneous research. We will also discuss the ratio between your property tax bill and monthly rent collected. The ratio between the two might astound you and can even be grounds for challenging your property tax assessment! Bring your smart device (the café has wifi), property bill and rent roll. This should be especially interesting for those with properties in Spartanburg county. Our presenter owns property in several counties and will share interesting and creative tips on how to ease this necessary burden.
