Ivan has personally aided in the acquisition and disposition of several hundred investment single family homes in SC, NC, and GA over the past several years. Currently serving as Market Sales Manager for Auben Realty's Greenville Market, Ivan's inspired to assist others achieve their goals as real estate investment professionals and serve as a valued team member to investors in the area.

Brandie is a seasoned professional with a career spanning 18 years in property management. Prior to joining our team, she held key roles at reputable companies where she developed and showcased her expertise and leadership skills.
Brandie currently serves as Market Director for Auben Realty and is over the Columbia, Greenville, and Kansas City offices. She oversees market operations and ensures smooth and efficient management of our teams, processes, and procedures. Since joining our team in February 2024, Brandie assisted in the acquisition of 720 doors in the Kansas City market. She is incredibly dedicated to and passionate about the real estate industry, and that is just one of her many qualities that make her such a valuable asset to investors!
