Formerly a project manager for a national REIT, she now owns and manages a portfolio of mid- and long-term rentals and is actively developing a new neighborhood near Clemson University. Her approach is grounded, strategic, and informed by years of experience balancing investor expectations, contractor execution, and tenant needs.
