Rental Focus Group FIELD TRIP!!!
Yes!! We will be in person and face to face for the April 2024 Rental Focus Group Meeting on April11th at 5:30 pm at Historic Hampton House 1908 in Pickens. The proprietors, UCREIA members Beth and KC, are hosting and will present on Event Space Landlording. Beth and KC’s rehab has recaptured the historical beauty of this space and it now offers many amenities including onsite STR! Discover the history of and see it in its present glory.
Registration includes $7 pp for refreshments. MEMBERS $ 7. GUESTS $10 PLUS $7 = $17.
