And as an added BONUS, she invited her nationally known mentor, speaker, author, coach, Mike Butler from Louisville KY, to attend as a special guest to discuss law enforcement issues specific to leases and landlord safety.
Mike recently presented with case examples of landlords in Louisville who were murdered by tenants, and discussed how landlords can protect themselves. His prior career was an undercover cop for the Louisville police dept. He offers a law enforcement perspective to landlord discussions that I find very helpful.
