At tomorrow's Note's Meeting we will be talking about the Art of Being the Bank in Real Estate to kick off the year, as we did last year. We will compare cash flow between rentals and notes, return-on-energy, how notes do during a down economy, stability, etc.
Also, don't forget to bring any notes you want to analyze or sell.

UCREIA is offering an evening NOTES Focus Group for members and guests for notes education and opportunities to buy or sell notes, to be lead by David Kahl, UCREIA member and experienced note investor locally.
David and/or designated speakers will teach various aspects of evaluating, creating win-win scenarios, dealing with other investors, or owner occupied sellers or buyers, and more. Learning to use the financial calculator is vital, so brush up on your skills. We recommend the online calculator for $5.99 at "www.inadaydevelopment.com" for the 10bii financial calculator. Great app to have and use regularly.
There will also be time for investors to discuss, offer, request notes to sell, purchase, or trade.
