Carla Parvin from the Asheville CREIA group has invested in, erected/installed and sold modulars. She will walk us thru the process of A to Z on what is involved. Carla is also a new modular home dealer rep.
Ever wanted to learn about mobile homes? Curious if they are really the “Cash Cows” you’ve heard about? Come to this new group and learn from a variety of local investors including, but not limited to, Maria Meinike, Brett Carton, Lila Brasher and Karla Kuhn. They will alternate speaking each month, so you get a variety of experiences and knowledge on many topics. This will be an interactive group with time to get into the details and time for Q&A.
UCREIA members are free and Guests are welcome for a $10 fee.
