We have discussed a lot in the past few months about all the prep work that goes into the land, buying, setting up, renting or selling. Maybe you have rented the MH for a while and that was good. Maybe you have decided you don't want to be a landlord on that property, don't really want a property manager, but like the income coming in. Is your tenant a potential buyer? Have you been training them? Cultivating them all along the way? (If not, why not?)
Could you seller finance the MH or MH and land to them? Can they qualify? Do you know about the Dodd-Frank Law?
What goes in to seller financing a MH? What if it is not your MH that you want to finance, but rather another investor who needs a loan to purchase and rehab it? Can you finance them? What paperwork is needed from the borrower?
