Jeremiah Phillips grew up in Texas and moved to Greenville in 2019. He’s an experienced real estate investor, public speaker, and real estate coach and member of Upstate CREIA. Over the past decade he’s completed hundreds of transactions as well as taught thousands of others how to do the same. His experience includes raising capital, wholesaling, rehabbing, brokerage, rentals, and commercial, with his current focus being on creative financing and deal structuring.
