See how to use RE tools to research specifics of deals YOU bring and use these tools and our collective wisdom to track down some new ones This will be a MEMBERS ONLY interactive focus group as a perk for UCREIA members. If you are not a member, now is a good time to join. Deals will be analyzed, discussed, torn apart and put back together to make better decisions if it is a deal or should you negotiate further, or walk away, or turn a “no deal” into a deal with creative deal structuring.

Participants are expected to respect each others deals (not steal them). Those not honoring that respect will not be welcomed back. Deals may be bought, sold, traded as a result of these meetings, after your complete due diligence. UCREIA does not endorse any deal. This FG is another learning tool being made available to you. Using the information is up to you.
