NEW VENUE!!! Hilary Lamishaw is now working with the Greenville Homeless Alliance. She will share what they do and how perhaps we can help with housing needs.

LIVE AND ON ZOOM.  Come in person if you can....networking is priceless!  or join on zoom if you can't make it.  Zoom will start today at 12:00 .

NEW VENUE TO TRY OUT THIS MONTH!  LOCAL CUE RESTAURANT.  (in shopping center at corner of Haywood Rd and Orchard Park)
Private dining room where you can hear and talk easily. Please purchase a meal and tip the server. We need to show this new venue that it is worth it to give us the room
for free if we bring a bunch of people.

Hilary Lamishaw, formerly with the Greenville Housing Authority, is now working with the Greenville Homeless Alliance.  She will share what they do and how perhaps we can help with housing needs. Hilary has spoken to UCREIA at main meetings and at Focus Groups in the past and does a good job explaining the needs and how we may work together.

Advanced Focus Group allows time to dig deep into topics vital to investors. A variety of topics & speakers monthly.
Always Q&A time to learn from each other.

This group averages about 25+ and allows for open dialogue and questions.  Members are free, guests $10.  

It meets every month on the Thursday following the 3rd Monday UCREIA meeting.
