Upstate CREIA responded to popular requests for a Short Term / Mid Term Rental Focus Group. This is a hot investing niche that many are already in or want to explore.
We have assembled a panel of local UCREIA Members who have a variety of experience to lead this new interactive discussion group. There will be topics presented, real case studies,
and always time for Q & A from the audience. Our goal is to learn from each other by sharing experiences, wisdom, pitfalls, tips, paperwork, and more.
