PETE YOUNGS REHAB HOUSE TOUR IS BACK!
Hands on learning about evaluating rehab needs, estimating scope of work, tips and tricks to save money, practical ideas to solve problems without breaking the bank. We will tour 3 houses in various conditions and various states of minor pre-rehab, moderate demo/ rehab needed to full rehab needed. Pete walk thru and involve you in looking at the rehab needs.
This will be a day not to be missed and a day you will not forget! UCREIA members still talk about what we learned and techniques we still use from Pete's previous rehab house tours! This will be a carpool tour. Details available once you register.
