We all should know how this Probate system operates for inevitable personal reasons (getting your own house in order) and for business investing reasons.  Many investors market to families in the probate system after the death of a loved one.  Before you venture into this territory, you should know more about it.  Judge Faulkner spoke to us 4 years ago and was full of information, was quite entertaining in her delivery (even for this subject), and answered every question we threw at her. 

She will cover topics such as the probate process, list of steps the heirs must take and when, time tables (when can real or personal property be sold), deed questions, trusts, how to avoid probate altogether, costly mistakes and how to avoid them, when is it appropriate to reach out to a family, who has authority to sell a property, etc.
