Join Mark Elliott, UCREIA member, Attorney Chris King, and CPA Cory Outlette of Elliott and Davis CPAs for discussion on Opportunity Zones. This new federal program is still being rolled out, with an information drip. They will share what they have learned thus far on this tax incentive program to begin in Jan, 2019. Greenville county has 9 such Opportunity Zones, 4 of which are in the city of Greenville.
Also, we will have local Magistrate Judge Laura Saunders and Chief Magistrate Judge Mark Edmonds discuss landlord/tenant issues, evictions, process servicing, abandonment, set outs, abandoned vehicles, vicious dogs, and other magistrate related issues. They will take questions from the audience.
