4 Experienced rehabbers/flippers will evaluate the same house separately and write up their own scope of
work, estimated rehab costs, ideas for floor plan changes, walls moved, types of finishes, ideas for best use of space and much more! Then they
will argue their points/ideas with each other to prove their idea is the best and why!
This is a popular panel discussion, but with a twist this time. The property owner/rehabber got this house in Oct. The panelists evaluated
the property in late Nov. By the time this Jan meeting occurs, the owner will be able to present the before and after pics of what she actually
decided to do and compare that to the 4 panelists! Instant feedback!
