When it comes to learning about real estate investing, we can all agree that getting face-to-face with sellers is where the rubber meets the road. No classroom training or roll playing takes the place of sitting at a seller’s kitchen table, asking the hard questions, creatively structuring a win-win deal, and memorializing that agreement in a written offer. NOTHING!

What Bill offers is straight forward and simple:
-In addition to doing classroom training, Bill will take up to 40 people from your group door knocking for the day.
-During the day, your people will watch Bill make between 5 and 10 written offers.
-During the day, your people will see 8 out of 10 sellers invite them –all of them– into the house.
-During the day, we’ll find between 1 and 3 shadow sellers. These are people who are about to put their home on the market, but haven’t yet!
-The cost is $197/person for the day. The day comes with a for-any-reason money-back guarantee. The $197 fee is split 50-50 with the REIA. 

"We’re likely to get shot or arrested!??" "Door knocking never works here!??" "Lions and tigers and bears, oh my!?" Oh really???

Since 1972, Bill has made a living knocking on homeowners’ doors. Over the course of nearly 50 years, he literally has knocked on homeowners’ doors in nearly every state in the Union, plus Canada, Mexico and France.
Bill put himself through college selling Electrolux vacuums door to door. After graduating, because his earning potential was so much higher with Electrolux, he continued working for Electrolux instead of going with a company like Proctor & Gamble. He worked for Electrolux for 18 years.
Since 1995, Bill and Kim have built their real estate investing business square on the back of knocking on doors and getting face-to-face with sellers.
By the end of the Day of Door Knocking, you’ll agree that knocking on homeowners’ doors is the fastest, cheapest and most effective way to get face-to-face with sellers and make written offers.

What does the day look like?
-9:00 a.m.: We meet at a McDonald’s close to a WalMart.Bill will conduct a short class on what to expect from the day and how he makes on-the-spot written offers.
-10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.: We drive to a nearby neighborhood. We stop at houses for sale (FSBOs and listed), houses for rent, houses with blue tarps on the roof, houses with boats/campers in the driveway, houses with work vans in the driveway, etc.We often make between one and three written offers before lunch!
-1:00 to 2:00: We eat lunch at McDonald’s. Bill answers questions.
-2:00 to 5:00: We stop only at houses with For Sale signs in the yard and knock on the door. While there, we also knock on the neighbors’ doors – two to the left, two to the right, and the four across street.
-5:00 to 6:30: Back at McDonald’s, Bill answers deal-structuring questions.
-On average, Bill will make between 5 and 10 written offers during the day.
-On average, 8 out of 10 sellers will invite the entire group in to see their house. Once in the house, the goal is to get to the seller’s kitchen table. With the group of investors gathered round, Bill will ask the seller the hard questions that need asking, then he’ll draw up a T-bar offer and hand it to the seller.
