Vendor Application Options

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Vender or renewing your Vender membership in Upstate CREIA. If you have any questions please contact the Vendor Coordinator, Bruce Bachtel at cash4yourhouse@charter.net..

 

There are 3 ways to sign up as a Vendor all of which are listed below. The membership costs depend on how many people you want to include in your membership:

A 1 Year Membership for:

  • 2 people is $400

  • 3 people is $450

  • 4 people is $500

These are three ways you can become a Vendor or renew your Vendor membership:

1) By Mail or in person

2) By Fax

3) Online

 

By Mail or in person - Cash, check, or credit card

To sign up my mail or in person at our monthly meeting, you can:

1) Download the Vender application form.

2) Fill out the Vender application form.

3) Mail it to the address on the form with payment or bring it to the monthly meeting with payment.

By Fax - Credit card payments only

1) Download the Vender application form.

2) Fill out the membership form

3) Fax it to the number on the form with the proper credit card information

4) Click Here to download the form.

 

Online - Paypal only

1) Go to the online Vender application form.

2) Fill out the online Vendor application.

3) After submitting the form you will be directed to Paypal where you can make the proper payment.

4) Click Here to go to the online application and start the process.
