About
Upstate CREIA:
Our local chapter was founded in April of 2002,
our goal was to bring those interested in real estate
investing together. Our focus has been to educate
our membership to be successful investors and to work to
assemble a variety of vendors who understand the needs
of our investors.
Monthly Meeting:
Upstate CREIA meets in Greenville every 3rd Monday at
the
Embassy Suites, at 670 Verdae Blvd., off I-85 at
Exit 48B. Coffee and networking begins at 6:00 pm; the
meeting begins promptly at 7 pm. Attendance at our
monthly meetings is currently between 150 to 250 people.
We encourage vendors to bring business cards, brochures,
special discounts for members, etc., to our monthly
meetings. Please come a little early to set up.

v Website listing: Your company will be listed in
our on-line business directory along with a link to your
website. Our web address is:

Yahoo Groups: Our association sponsors a
Online Networking list with over 1,000 interested
investors who have voluntarily registered to receive
these emails. The list is used for our investors
to exchange property information, provide referrals, and
ask/answer questions among investors. Our list
members include first time buyers to experienced
investors with millions of dollars of property, both
residential and commercial. As an associate
member, you will be allowed to post up to two emails per
month using this powerful resource in order to advertise
your company's services. This replaces the need to
obtain and maintain a mailing list and snail mail your
information to this targeted group of people.
v Vendor Table at monthly meetings: We provide a
designated vendor area along with tables where you can
set up promotional material.

Coffee Sponsorship: Opportunities are available to
sponsor the refreshments at one of our meetings.
We post signs acknowledging the sponsorship and announce
the sponsor at the beginning of the meeting. In
addition, we provide 10 to 15 minutes for the sponsor to
do a topical presentation and explain how their company
can assist investors in their business. The cost
of the sponsorship is $100.
v Additional opportunities are being planned to provide
more exposure to you and your products and to give you
the opportunity to "get in front of" our members.
We are currently working on a Vendor Night, either stand
alone or in conjunction with a regular meeting, to
provide Vendors with an opportunity to present
themselves and to enable extensive networking.
Membership fees: Associate Membership is $400.00
per year. As a vendor, you may have two business
associates designated to represent your company.
Additional associates may be added at a rate of $50 per
person. We will supply vendor badges printed with
the designated names.
