Thank you for your interest in becoming a Member or renewing your Membership in Upstate CREIA.  If you have any questions please contact Kathy Malcolm at kmalcolm@gte.net. 

There are 3 ways to become a Member or to renew your Membership all of which are listed below. The costs are:

• Individual New Membership - $150

• Individual Renewal - $99

• Couple New Membership - $175

• Couple Renewal - $124

These are 3 ways you can become a Member or renew your Membership:

1) By Mail or in person

2) By Fax

3) Online

By Mail or in person - Cash, check, or credit card

To sign up my mail or in person at our monthly meeting, you can:

1) Download the application form.

2) Fill out the membership form.

3) Mail it to the address on the form with payment or bring it to the monthly meeting with payment.

By Fax - Credit card payments only

1) Download the application form. Click this button to download the form.

2) Fill out the membership form

3) Fax it to the number on the form with the proper credit card information

4) Click Here to download the form and start the process.

Online - Paypal only

1) Go to the online application form.

2) Fill out the online application.

3) After submitting the form you will be directed to Paypal where you can make the proper payment.
