• Library privileges extend to current members of Upstate CREIA, Inc. only.

• One material may be checked out per member per month.

• Credit Card is required for borrowing any material.

• Material is due at the next general meeting.

• No renewal is allowed.

• LATE FEE:  A $30 late fee is charged at the first meeting that the material has not been returned.

• If material has not been returned after 3 months, we will charge for the entire replacement cost of that item.
