Wholesale Focus Group - Teaches techniques to make money in real estate with very little or no money up front with very little or no risk. Advanced Investor Focus Group -  Discusses issues of interest to investors including land lording, short sales, rent-to-own, wholesaling, and more complex issues such as 1031 exchanges, using your IRA, etc. Different topic each month.

Rental Focus Group - Discusses issues of interest to landlords, tenants and property managers, including landlord/tenant law, acquisition and/or lease of rental properties, residential codes, rental announcements, property taxation, grants and other sources of funds for investing in rental property, insurance options, security and theft of personal property related to rentals. Different topic each month.
