have Michael Amos and a panel of investors to give
you a small look into the methods of "trading
properties amongst yourselves" for cash, for equity
sharing, for balancing your portfolio, for long or
short time holds, etc, etc, etc. This is a mind
expanding method that you will have to think about
for a while to fully grasp its effectiveness. Main topic:

speaker, mentor, author and entrepreneur. He has

Millionaire Real Estate Investor, as the top 21 RE
investors in US and Canada. Don has trained
thousands of students across the nation. He has
bought and sold over 200 properties in a short

Government programs to be discussed such as Section
8, grants, being a money partner with the government
to build housing facilities, etc. Main topic:
“Getting to the Next Level” with Jonathan Patton,
Freedom Coaching, Columbia and UCREIA vendor. Great
topic for both advanced and beginners.
