 Upstate
CREIA, Inc is a non-profit organization for the
purpose of learning and networking with local people
associated with real estate investing. The
Association itself does not invest or give
investment, legal or tax advice. Our leadership
strives to make things exciting by having local and
national speakers discuss various topics of real
estate investing to assist you in achieving your
goals. Our organization provides an excellent arena
to learn, teach, or network with like-minded
individuals at our monthly meetings and in focus
groups.
Monthly
Meetings -Upstate
CREIA meets in Greenville every 3rd Monday at the
Embassy Suites, at 670 Verdae Blvd, off
I-85 at Exit 48B. Coffee and networking begins at
6:00 pm; the meeting at 7 pm.
Focus
Groups
Member benefits
- Members may attend Upstate CREIA monthly meetings
and focus group meetings at no charge. Members also
receive discounts at our seminars, workshops, and
other events. Our members also may attend meetings
for free and receive discounts on seminars when
attending the REIA’s in Asheville, NC
(www.creianc.org),
Spartanburg, SC (www.FoothillsREIA.com)
and Columbia, SC (www.screi.com).
NOTE: Membership
cards MUST be presented at participating REIAs to
enjoy reciprocity benefits. Members of Upstate
CREIA also benefit from discounts offered by
participating vendors. We also have a lending
library of real estate investing materials
available only to our members.
We do allow
non-members to attend our monthly meeting at the
guest rate of $15, and $10 to attend each focus
group. We hope that after participating as a
guest, you will see the benefit in becoming a member
of Upstate CREIA.
We think it would be hard to find a better group to
join.
Membership fees - $150 for the first year for singles or $175 for couples living together. If you renew
prior to expiring, each subsequent year is $99 for
singles or $124 for couples living together. You may become a member
by coming to one of our meetings or emailing us for
an application at the address given below.
Interested investors also have the opportunity to share information and properties via a free Yahoo Groups
emaillist that is open to everyone. To join this list, go to the first (home) page of our Website, and follow
the directions at the Yahoo Groups button (scroll down the page to find it).
